“Kaam Ki Baat” Podcast

Azad Foundation’s Podcast Series “Kaam Ki Baat,” in collaboration with Forum to Engage Men (FEM) Network and Non-Traditional Livelihoods Network (NTLN), delves into the complexities of unpaid care work, examining its impact on women’s paid labor and exploring strategies to involve men more in care responsibilities. Dastan-e-Parvaz

Through powerful visuals and personal stories, the film highlights the transformation of 25 women from community members to feminist leaders, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to challenge gender norms and promote women’s rights. Over the year, these leaders engaged in capacity-building workshops and community action, addressing issues like gender-based violence, access to social security, and non-traditional livelihoods. Their journey is a testament to the impact of the Feminist Leadership Program in creating change-makers dedicated to building a gender-just society.
