Developed through a consultative and collaborative exercise with all of Azad’s stakeholders, this Strategic Plan outlines our roadmap for 2026 to 2031. It reimagines our vision in relation to the national and global contexts.

This study examines the accessibility, safety, and conditions of public toilets in Kolkata, and how sanitation gaps impact women’s and queer persons’ dignity and workforce participation.

To better understand the workplace environment and support the needs of women bus drivers, Azad initiated a research focused on assessing Delhi Transport Corporation’s (DTC) facilities for women drivers. This research highlights the need for more gender-inclusive infrastructure within depots.
